A delightful Disney Princess meet and greet is set to take place before the screening of Beauty and the Beast at the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre on July 15. Starting at 11:00 am, children will have the chance to meet real-life princesses and capture magical moments through photographs. This enchanting experience runs until 12:30 pm, just before the show begins.
The beloved animated film follows Belle, an independent young woman who takes her father’s place as a captive in the Beast’s enchanted castle. As she learns more about the Beast, kindness emerges from beneath his fearsome facade, leading to a touching tale about love and acceptance. The movie features popular songs, including “Be Our Guest.”
A pre-show concert on the Mighty Allen Theatre Organ will occur thirty minutes before the film starts, adding to the excitement of the day. The movie has a run time of 1 hour and 24 minutes and is rated G.
