Explorasaurus Rex

This event, titled “Explorasaurus Rex,” will take place at Fernbank Museum in conjunction with the exhibit T. rex: The Ultimate Predator. The event will feature various hands-on activities and interactive stations focusing on the Tyrannosaur family. Attendees can design a crown suitable for a king or queen, test their dinosaur knowledge, and participate in additional activities.
Admission is included with general ticket purchase, and the event is free for museum members.

A Crown Fit for a Rex or Regina
Participants will have the opportunity to design and decorate a dinosaur-themed crown.
Hello, My Name Is…
Children can create their own unique dinosaur identity by inventing a name and crafting a personalized name tag.
Snap-a-saurus Rex
There will be a designated photo opportunity to capture memorable moments.
Ask an Expert
Dr. Tony, the museum’s resident paleontology expert, will be available to answer any dinosaur-related questions.
