Engaging Nature: Frog Feeding Experience – Atlanta Botanical Garden

Engaging Nature: Frog Feeding Experience – Atlanta Botanical Garden
AEJuice I Want It All Bundle – Animation Toolkit

Saturdays at 10 a.m.: Visitors are invited to the Fuqua Conservatory lobby at the Atlanta Botanical Garden to observe public frog feedings. An amphibian specialist will be present to share informative insights and address questions about these fascinating creatures.

During the feedings, attendees can witness the unique feeding behaviors of frogs. Many species, equipped with long sticky tongues, capture prey with remarkable precision. Notably, Poison frogs exhibit such speed that their moves may leave spectators unaware of the quick disappearance of flies. In contrast, the fringed leaf frog employs a more theatrical method, using its hands to stuff crickets into its mouth.
