Fall Break – Our Town: Then & Now

During fall break, the Southern Museum will host family-friendly educational activities and crafts. Each day offers a unique theme:
- Tuesday: “Passing Kennesaw” – Guided tours of the historic Kennesaw Depot to learn about passenger trains.
- Wednesday: “Our Local College” – Investigate Kennesaw State University’s evolution through maps and photos, and create a current campus map.
- Thursday: “Community Starts with C” – Meet community helpers from 1885 Grill Kennesaw and learn about culinary contributions.
- Friday: “Books on the Go” – Storytimes about the first mobile libraries with crafts hosted by the Cobb County Book Mobile.
