Don’t miss the latest installment of this unique exhibition celebrating the book format!
The opening reception for the exhibition will take place on Friday, September 11, from 6:30 to 9:00 PM, featuring light refreshments and a first look at over 60 artworks from across the United States.
Titled The Book As Art: Ghosted, this is the fourteenth edition of the show, which highlights books as enduring objects in a digital age. The exhibition invites artists to explore the interplay between the physical and the ephemeral, examining themes of folklore, language, and the nature of communication.
Viewers are encouraged to look beyond the printed page and consider how ideas, words, and symbols transform within the medium of the book. This exhibition challenges artists to embrace the complexities of expression, addressing the dualities of communication.
