Experience the sixth installment of the Placita Latina exhibition, which showcases Latinx and Hispanic artists. Titled “Puentes” (Bridges), this exhibition celebrates how Latin artists foster understanding, preserve cultural heritage, and create pathways for dialogue. It features diverse forms of creative expression, including painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media, exploring art as a bridge between past and future, tradition and innovation, homeland and new home, and individual stories and collective identity.
In an era of division, “Puentes” emphasizes connection, belonging, resilience, and cultural exchange, underscoring the role of creativity in bringing communities together. A closing reception will be held on Friday, October 23rd, from 6 to 9 pm.
