Sensory-Friendly Morning is a free, sensory-modified program hosted by the High Museum in Atlanta for visitors of all ages who have sensory sensitivities or are neurodivergent, along with their families. This event occurs prior to the museum’s regular operating hours, allowing participants to engage in activities and special performances or explore the museum at their own pace.
To minimize crowd sizes, space is limited, and preregistration is strongly encouraged. Preregistered participants will receive pre-visit materials designed to prepare them for their experience at the museum. Additional planning resources are available at any time on the museum’s Access page.
After Sensory-Friendly Morning, visitors are invited to remain in the museum for the UPS Second Sunday program. It is important to note that larger crowds are anticipated starting at 12 noon for UPS Second Sunday.
