Acrylics Class – Decatur Arts Alliance

This event consists of a four-week exploration of acrylics. The program will begin with a practical overview of materials, brushes, and surfaces. Participants will then engage in value studies in black and white to build confidence. Following that, the class will focus on color dynamics through a master copy of a classic painting and several still lifes. Topics covered will include color mixing, composition, and value structure. This class is designed for individuals both new to painting and those wishing to enhance their skills in painting expressively and confidently.
