A new event submission is requested for inclusion in the community calendar.
Details Required:
Submitter Name: Include both first and last names.
Contact Email: Provide a valid email address.
Phone Number: A contact number is necessary.
Event Information:
Event Name: Specify the event title as it should appear on the calendar.
Event Description: Provide a brief description for the event listing.
Event Type: Indicate whether this is a festival, exhibition, class, or other type of event.
Public Accessibility: Indicate if the event is free to the public or associated with fees.
Date and Time: Include start and end times, as well as acknowledgment if it is a single or multi-day event.
Location: Provide the complete address for the event.
Website and Social Media: Submit links for the event’s website and any relevant social media channels.
