Experience the sixth installment of the Placita Latina exhibition, featuring Latinx and Hispanic artists. Titled “Puentes” (Bridges), this exhibition celebrates the various ways Latin artists foster understanding, preserve cultural heritage, and create new avenues for dialogue through their work. Mediums include painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media, highlighting art’s role in bridging past and future, tradition and innovation, and individual stories with collective identity.
In a time of community division, “Puentes” emphasizes themes of connection, belonging, resilience, and cultural exchange, showcasing how creativity unites people. A closing reception is scheduled for Friday, October 23rd, from 6-9 PM.
