On August 2, the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre in Marietta will host a tribute to the legendary jazz musician Dave Brubeck. Known for his groundbreaking work in the late 50s and 60s, Brubeck’s album “Time Out” stands out as one of the best-selling jazz albums in history. This performance will showcase songs from that iconic album while also highlighting the artist’s significant contributions during the Civil Rights movement.
