Adults aged 55 and up are welcome to enjoy a lively morning at the North Georgia State Fair’s annual Senior Day on September 25 at Jim R. Miller Park. The day’s festivities kick off at 8:00 a.m. with complimentary breakfast served while supplies last. Following breakfast, seniors can participate in bingo, games, and visit the petting zoo until 1:00 p.m.
Additional activities from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. include bingo held in the Kia Grandstand, along with various games and a non-commercial exhibition. From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., participants can experience rides on the Georgia Mountain Lift and Seattle Wheel, and explore a selection of food vendors, such as Williams Brothers BBQ and Libby’s Ice Cream.
Entertainment begins at 11:00 a.m. with a lineup featuring the Keith King BMX Show, Off Axis Stunt Show, and Ready Go Dog Show. Admission, parking, and special activities are free, and no registration is required. Seniors will also receive free admission when the fair opens to the public at 4:00 p.m.
