On July 22, the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre in Marietta will host a Musical Theatre Boot Camp from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Designed for students ranging from rising 6th to rising 12th grade, this program focuses on enhancing performance skills in musical theatre. Participants will gain insights into professional audition strategies, improve their acting, singing, and dancing techniques, and cultivate strong performance habits.
The week culminates in a special showcase on July 24 at 3:30 PM, where students can present what they’ve learned. Attendees should come prepared with a one-minute musical theatre song to perform on the first day. Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended since the sessions will involve movement and dance.
Tuition for the camp is $180, with an early bird discount of $140 available until 11:59 PM on May 1, 2026.
