Volunteer Orientation is scheduled for August 10, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Milton Branch. This program offers an opportunity for individuals interested in becoming library volunteers to learn about the library’s needs and how they can contribute. Duties may include shelving, searching for books, and assisting with various tasks. A completed volunteer application is required prior to the orientation. Youth ages 13-18 need to submit a physical application, while adults can apply online. Orientations last approximately 30 to 45 minutes, including a tour and an introduction to staff.
