National Kids to Parks Day is scheduled for Saturday, May 17, 2027, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Hammond Park in Sandy Springs. This event invites children, families, and community members to enjoy a day of outdoor activities, including games, prizes, inflatables, a DJ, temporary tattoos, and water slides, all aimed at promoting outdoor play and healthy living. Food trucks will be on-site for food purchases. Sandy Springs’ parks provide opportunities for recreation year-round.
