- Tuesday: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM (All students)

- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (All students)
Program Overview:
Established in 1987, Atlanta’s Traditional Okinawan Karate-do Dojo focuses on authentic Shorin Ryu and Shudokan Karate-do instruction. The program emphasizes not only physical training but also internal power development and self-defense techniques.
The dojo fosters a cooperative and respectful environment, aiming to enhance individual growth in both physical and mental aspects. It is designed for all practitioners, from beginners to advanced students.
The dojo does not teach sport karate; its training methods are rooted in traditional Okinawan self-defense techniques developed over centuries. Moeller Sensei, with over 30 years of experience in T’ai Chi Ch’uan, Hung Gar Kung Fu, and Aikido, incorporates various principles into the curriculum. He is also the author of “Karate-Do Foundations,” published in 1995.
