Southern Museum will host a Sensory Friendly Afternoon from 2 PM to 5 PM. This event invites visitors with Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory processing issues, or special needs to explore the museum in a sensory-friendly environment. All ages are welcome, and it is included with general admission and free for members.
The program will feature themed story times at 3 PM and 4 PM, along with an exhibit connection. Upcoming themed sessions include topics on African American History Month, Women’s History Month, Subway Trains, and more, spanning from February to December.
