The Douglasville Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, September 1st, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium, 6700 Church Street, Douglasville, Georgia.
The agenda includes consideration of requests for zoning changes for properties on Commerce Way and James Vance Street, as well as a Special Land Use Permit for an Outdoor Storage Yard. These requests will be reviewed at the City Council’s Legislative Meeting on September 17th, 2026, and voted on during the Regular Voting Meeting on September 21st, 2026. Interested parties are welcome to attend.
