This course provides an introduction to the foundations of drawing. Participants will develop essential skills in observing form and light, creating depth and texture, and producing expressive lines. The course is suitable for beginners as well as those looking to enhance their technique. By the conclusion, attendees will gain confidence and a solid foundation for future artistic endeavors.
The course aims to help artists:
- Understand the basic elements and principles of drawing
- Explore line quality, value scale, positive and negative space, perspective, measurements, and composition
- Experiment with various techniques and materials
- Encourage creative expression beyond preconceived boundaries
