This free workshop, offered by the City of Kennesaw in partnership with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), is tailored for small business owners and decision-makers. It aims to help participants transition from daily operations to implementing a proactive roadmap for growth. Key topics include defining mission, vision, and core values, conducting a SWOT analysis, and setting long-term goals.
Attendees will learn to:
- Differentiate between a Strategic Plan and a Business Plan
- Establish guiding principles for company culture
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for accountability
- Develop actionable steps for achieving set objectives and monitoring progress
