The City of Marietta’s 4th In The Park Celebration is set for July 4th, from 10 AM to 10 PM at Marietta Square. This free event features a festive morning parade, a full day of arts and crafts, delicious food options, carnival games, and wraps up with an evening concert featuring Departure, followed by a fireworks display.
This year, the parade holds particular significance as it aligns with the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, allowing the community to reflect on history, honor contributions, and look toward the future. Local school bands, military units, civic organizations, and more are encouraged to participate in this time-honored event.
Applications for the Let Freedom Ring Parade are open until May 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Interested groups can find more information and application forms online.
