On July 3, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Marietta Square will come alive with the sounds of Drivin N Cryin, a beloved band hailing from Atlanta. This concert marks the start of the city’s Fourth in the Park weekend and is part of the festivities celebrating America’s 250th anniversary.
Drivin N Cryin has been captivating audiences since their beginnings at the legendary 688 Club in 1985, offering a dynamic mix of Southern rock, folk, and punk. Founding members Kevn Kinney and Tim Nielsen have kept the band’s spirit alive with numerous albums and performances across the Southeast.
Attendees are welcome to bring blankets and lawn chairs for an evening filled with free live music and patriotic spirit as the city gears up for Independence Day celebrations.
