Event Listing: Literacy | Reading Buddies
Literacy | Reading Buddies is a community program designed to support young readers. This program pairs volunteers with children to enhance their literacy skills through one-on-one reading sessions.
The sessions will be held on Wednesdays, from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, at the centrally located Community Library, located at 123 Main Street. The program is open to children aged 6 to 10 years old. There is no cost to participate.
Reading Buddies aims to foster a love of reading and improve reading comprehension in a friendly and supportive environment. Volunteers from the community will guide participants, helping them select appropriate reading materials and encouraging their progress.
