This community yoga series honors freedom fighters and reclaims healing as a revolutionary act. Each session features sound baths, meditation, breathwork, intentional movement, and community connection. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat, water, and an open heart. All levels are welcome. The series aims to strengthen communities and honor ancestors while cultivating resilience.
I was told there would be snacks.
