Black August Community Yoga

The Black August Community Yoga series takes place every Saturday in August, honoring freedom fighters through healing practices. Each session includes sound baths, meditation, breathwork, intentional movement, and community connection. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat, water, and an open heart, regardless of their yoga experience.
